Clay-Mac Corporation is an authorized Sealmaster(R) pavement maintenance products disbutor. We use Sealmaster(R) coal tar sealer mixed to the same specifications for every job. A 70-30 mix of sealer and water, along with latex additives for longer wear, and 3-5 lbs. of sand per gallon for skid resistance.
