Clay-Mac Corporation is an authorized Sealmaster(R) pavement maintenance products disbutor. Clay-Mac use Sealmaster(R) coal tar sealer mixed to the same specifications for every job. Clay-Mac use a 70-30 mix of sealer and water, along with latex additives for longer wear, and 3-5 lbs. of sand per gallon for skid resistance. Sealcoating will not only improve the appearance of your parking facilities, it also protects the pavement from elements such as rain water penitration, sun oxidation, and petroleum products. Sealcoating should be part of a regular maintenance schedule for all parking facilities. |
